A complete billing and business management platform built for CSIIT Tech — covering invoice creation, customer intelligence, revenue analytics, and live database-backed record management, all in a single secure dashboard.

Built a full-featured "Billing OS" for CSIIT Tech to manage invoicing, customers, and financial performance from one authenticated dashboard, backed by a live Neon PostgreSQL database. Core modules include: - Secure Access — Sign-in/registration screen protecting all billing operations and admin data. - New Invoice — Auto-generated invoice IDs, customer info capture (name, email, address), dynamic service line items with quantity and pricing, live-calculating totals, discount and advance-paid fields, and one-click invoice creation. - Invoice History — Searchable, sortable list of all invoices with payment status (Paid/Pending), quick edit, delete, and detail view. - Customer Intelligence — A dedicated customer dashboard showing total customers, total revenue, collected amount, outstanding balance, and invoice count at a glance. Each customer card displays revenue, balance, bill count, and a visual collection-rate progress bar, with search and sort by revenue, invoices, balance, or name. - Admin Monitor & Analytics — An executive dashboard tracking real-time financial health: total revenue, collected amount, pending balance, total sales, and active clients. Includes a 6-month revenue trend chart and a "Top Accounts" leaderboard ranking clients by billed volume. - Security & Access Log — A recent-logins panel tracking sign-in activity with timestamps and status, for audit and security visibility. - Live Database Record Management — An inline record editor allowing direct updates to client name, phone, and payment status per invoice, saved directly to the database in real time — with search and status filtering across all sales records. - Business Settings — A configurable business info panel supporting custom display name, email, currency (INR), UPI payment ID, and a choice of four invoice template designs (Classic, Modern, Elegant, Minimal) to match different branding needs. The entire system is built on Next.js for the frontend and a Neon serverless PostgreSQL backend, giving CSIIT Tech a fast, real-time, and fully customizable billing infrastructure — replacing manual invoicing with a live, data-driven operations tool.
